Sơ ri và thơm rửa sạch. Thơm thái thành miếng mỏng vừa ăn, sơ ri bỏ cuống. Ngâm vào mỗi loại 100gr đường và để ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 4-5 tiếng. Mít cắt sợi vừa ăn, dâu tây bỏ cuống chẻ đôi.
Cho thơm và sơ ri đã ngâm đường vào chảo nóng đảo đều tay cho mềm, sau đó cho vào nồi 500ml nước, 1 muỗng cà phê muối, đến khi sôi lăn tăn thì cho thêm 30gr đường phèn đảo đều rồi đun đến khi hỗn hợp sôi. Để nguội cocktail sau đó cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh dùng dần.
Cho mít và dâu tây vào ly, thêm phần cocktail lên trên, cuối cùng cho đá bào và rưới sirô dâu lên trên cùng. Vậy là chúng ta đã có một ly chè mát lạnh rồi, chè cocktail là một thức uống giải nhiệt vô cùng hấp dẫn cho mọi gia đình.
