If only EA didn't put their hands on it, the trillogy would've been perfect Don Goode A wasted potential. 1st was great, even though gameplay was janky and repetitive, it made you super hopeful about the series. 2nd was brilliant - it improved almost all aspects. Then it later dawned on you that it was repetitive as heck in gameplay and felt more like a collection of excellent short stories than a full game that is supposed to transition the plot from the beginning to the finale. 3rd... 3rd was rushed, and threw all the promises about the series out the window. It replaced them with a plot that felt like fanfiction and cheap soap opera melodrama, with few truly great moments and a fistful of stupid and unnecessary deaths ( DO YOU FEEL THE STAKES YET? ). Then the ending killed the universe for most people. It could've been the best thing ever - cooler than Star Trek, more nuanced than Star Wars. But it failed. Ajay C.
