Pasta sốt bí đỏ là một món ăn đúng gu của những bạn thích ăn béo. Bí đỏ chín bùi bùi mềm ngọt dịu và thơm phức cùng những miếng miến nui được luộc chín trước, tất cả sốt với nước sốt béo ngậy cho đến khi thấm đều là có thể dùng.
Bí đỏ gọt vỏ, cắt nhỏ rồi rửa sạch để ráo. Trộn bí đã cắt với 1 xô thơm đã băm nhuyễn với 2 muỗng cà phê siro maple. Thêm 30ml dầu ăn vào, trộn đều lên cho các miếng bí quết đều dầu ăn và nguyên liệu. Làm nóng trước lò ở 190 độ C trong khoảng 15 phút. Sau đó cho chỗ bí đã trộn vào nướng khoảng 15 phút là được.
Con nui đem luộc khoảng 5 phút cho chín rồi vớt ra xả qua nước lạnh để không bị bỡ. Đun nóng chỗ kem với lửa vừa, thêm vào phô mai, đậu đỏ nghiền, tỏi băm, hành lá cắt nhỏ, 1/4 muỗng cà phê bột nhục đậu khấu, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu. Đun nhỏ lửa cho hỗn hợp sôi lăn tăn khoảng 5 phút rồi tắt bếp.
Tùy theo khẩu phần ăn của mỗi người, cho bí và con nui ra to, rưới nước sốt rồi trộn đều lên là có thể dùng. Tỷ lệ nước sốt theo sở thích của mỗi người.
