Những chiếc bánh quy cà phê bơ trứng giòn tan, thơm lừng hương cacao được tạo dáng thành những hạt cà phê màu nâu xinh xắn, vị ngọt đắng và béo đặc trưng.
Bơ làm mềm ở nhiệt độ phòng. Sử dụng máy đánh trứng để đánh tan bơ. Thêm 30g đường bột vào, dùng phới dẹp trộn đều.
Rây vào tô bơ gồm: 100g bột mì, 10g bột cà phê hòa tan và 10g bột ca cao và trộn với phới dẹp. Sau đó, dùng tay nhào bột thành khối bột mịn.
Chia nhỏ khối bột thành từng viên nhỏ 3g, vê thành hình bầu dục. Lần lượt đặt viên bột vào khay nướng chống dính và ấn vào giữa mỗi viên bột bằng tăm tre.
Làm nóng sẵn lò nướng ở 150-165 độ C. Cho khay bánh vào nướng trong 16 phút.
Bánh quy cà phê sau khi nướng chỉ cần đợi nguội là có thể dùng rồi nhé! Bạn nên tranh thủ bảo quản bánh quy trong hũ thủy tinh, đậy kín để tránh bánh bị mềm. Món bánh quy này có thể dùng đãi khách đến chơi nhà trong dịp tết cũng rất tiện lợi nhé!
