Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Xoài gọt vỏ thái hạt lựu, việt quất bổ đôi, dâu tây thái lát. Cho xoài, dâu tây, việt quất vào chén, vắt 1/2 trái chanh lấy nước cốt và 30ml mật ong vào trộn đều. Cho sữa chua ra chén, thêm 15ml mật ong và vani vào trộn đều.
Đổ yến mạch ra chén, thêm vài muỗng sữa chua vào trộn đều. Cho một ít sữa chua vào khuôn, thêm trái cây và yến mạch vào, tiếp đó lại thêm sữa chua, trái cây sau đó là yến mạch. Làm lần lượt cho tới khi khuôn kem đầy. Cắm que kem vào khuôn rồi cho khay kem vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh cho đến khi đông cứng lại là được.
Chẳng cần máy làm kem, chỉ cần sữa chua và vài loại trái cây yêu thích là bạn đã có những que kem trái cây mát lạnh cho mùa hè rồi.
