Bơ cắt đôi, loại bỏ hột bơ và thái thịt bơ thành hình hạt lựu. Trứng gà luộc chín, bóc vỏ, thái nhỏ. Húng tây rửa sạch thái nhỏ. Cho tất cả vào 1 cái tô vừa, cho kem chua vào. Nếu không có kem chua, bạn có thể sử dụng sốt Mayonaise đều được. Cho nước cốt chanh và tiêu lên trên.
Trộn đều tất cả là chúng ta đã có 1 món salad thơm ngon, bổ dưỡng, đẹp mắt trong 10 phút rồi đấy. Salad thường rất kén người ăn nhưng nếu bạn kiên trì theo đuổi một chế độ ăn lành mạnh, sức khỏe và vóc dáng của bạn sẽ được cải thiện ngay. Bạn cũng có thể kẹp cùng bánh mì như một bữa ăn sáng nhé.
